And, last week I got the chance to alternate my computer time with swimming in the ocean - it felt so balancing. I sense that the more technical I get, the more nature-connected I'll need to get, too

The more we see our culture tap into deeper tech rhythms, the more we’ll see nature rhythms deepen as well, likely by sheer necessity.
