I’m about to start my first corporate job this summer after I finish my masters program so I’m taking this as a sign to get (and keep) my shit together for my future body
Ok maybe you address this in part two and I haven't read it yet but would walking on one of those walking pads for sorry of the work day help to mitigate some of the desk job harms to your body and get everything working the way it's supposed to?
